The innovative contour keeps your head in place, which works to align your neck horizontally and vertically (while other neck pain relief pillows only improve alignment in one direction).

In addition, we didn't include "wings" on the side of our pillow like other brands do.

While these wings may be fine for holding, they make the pillow sides uncomfortable to sleep on. As a result, these pillows offer only one usable height, which is the height of the center.

Because we require different heights for different sleep positions, this means that those pillows aren't good for combination sleepers.

While I do love the feel of this pillow the shape of it really didn’t work for me. I think it would be best if this pillow were made the same shape all the way across without the contour in the middle. I like the way the pillow is made on each end, but I did not like having to move the pillow all the way to sleep on the ends. I would dearly love this material to be used to make a neckroll pillow that would be amazing! I have a total of 4 Dosaze pillows and my favorite is the adjustable pillow.
